HEAD COACH
Sean Ksiezarczyk
I have been a Coach for 2 years. My favorite thing about coaching is the ability to have comradery on the team. I take pride in teaching the game of football and watching the kids learn throughout the season. I went to West Seneca East Senior where I played football and basketball. I currently work as a ammonia refrigeration technician. Outside of work, I love to spend time outdoors; fishing, hunting or ATV riding with my family. My brother was also on the Bills practice squad.
ASSISTANT COACH
Paul Chatham
I have been coaching for 10 years now! My favorite part about coaching is helping the players that don't get it at the beginning and watching them progress throughout the season. In my opinion, that's the best! I'm just a hardworking, average dad who really enjoys being a part of my kids' life.
ASSISTANT COACH
Michael Fullington
This is my second year coaching with West Seneca. I love instilling teamwork and hard work into young kids, while enjoying sports and having fun. I'm just a dad, who likes spending time with his kids while playing sports, and seeing joy in other kids who learn to love the games.
ASSISTANT COACH
James Raymond
This will be my second year coaching for West Seneca. I love watching the kids learn, grow and develop. Watching them from the start of the season until the end is amazing! MEET THE 2024 FRESHMAN COACHES
HEAD COACH
Kyle McNulty
I have been coaching for 4 years now. My favorite thing about coaching is watching the players develop throughout the year. I grew up playing WSLL Football, went on to play High School ball after that. So I am very proud to coach my son and have my daughter cheer for the same teams I used to play for. When we’re not at Football, Cheer, Wrestling, Gymnastics, Soccer, etc.. I like to hunt, golf, and spend time with our family down at the cabin.
ASSISTANT COACH
Josh Deck
This will be my 1st year coaching! My favorite thing about coaching is seeing the kids pick up on the things that you are teaching them. I played football for 10 years, including 6 years for WSLL and won 6 championships from ‘97-‘02. I want the kids to have the same lifelong memories I made!
ASSISTANT COACH
David Koeppel
I have been coaching since 2015. My favorite thing about coaching is the relationships developed with the kids and other coaches. I was born and raised in West Seneca playing multiple sports as a child including football for WSLL. In high school I was a member of the #1 high school football team in NY state, and nationally ranked. My athletic career and passion for exercise led to my career as a Physical Therapist. Teaching people healthy movement patterns and proper body mechanics has carried over to my coaching career. Being able to help injured athletes is a great asset to the teams I have been involved with. I love football, hockey, basketball, camping, off-roading, fishing, hiking, and walking my dogs!
ASSISTANT COACH
Ralph Pignataro
This will be my 4th year coaching. My favorite thing about coaching is seeing the excitement on all of the kids‘ faces after making a big play, making a tackle or catch they didn’t think they could make, but most of all the excitement and bond that the kids feel from making a new football family every season. I am a father of three boys (with a daughter on the way). I have a Bernese Mountain dog and a 90-gallon aquarium of African Cichlids. I played football for WSLL from ages 7-12 when I was a kid and continued to play at St. Francis High School!
ASSISTANT COACH
Michael Porter
Coaching for West Seneca since 2021. So many moments over the last 3 seasons come to mind but by far my favorite moment from coaching was seeing the faces and tears of all the kids celebrating a championship last year. To see the development of all of these young boys and girls from just week to week is nothing short of amazing. I love seeing kids who are hesitant at football turn out to be key pieces to our team later in the season. Outside of coaching I am a Restaurant Manager at Pearl St Grill and Brewery. Also I am a father of a wild 5 year old daughter who you will see practicing along side of the boys. Other than work and football I enjoy all types of sporting activities and events, camping, and taking my daughter to new aquariums, zoos, and amusement parks all over the country.

I have been coaching since 1999 and know the West Seneca Organization like the back of my hand. Some may say that I'm the face of WSLL, you'll always see me up at the field. My favorite thing about coaching is teaching the kids about football and molding their character. I also love seeing their faces when they accomplish something.

I have been coaching since 2010. My favorite part about coaching is seeing the kids have fun and watching them grow in their knowledge and abilities. If I could go back in time I’d want to be a NFL Football Coach.
ASSISTANT COACH
Bill Herter
This will be my second year coaching! My favorite thing about coaching is instilling the love of the game into the players and watching how much they grow as a team throughout the season. I have two great kids and an amazing wife. I’m a warehouse manager for an industrial PVF supplier. I spend my free time watching my kids do what they love, and of course our Bills and Sabres. Go Wolfpack!
ASSISTANT COACH
Nicholas LaMarca
I coached my daughter’s softball team from 2017-2023 including 2 years of travel. I am coaching my son’s 12u baseball team this year and this will be my second year helping coach the JV football team. In the past I have helped coach multiple wrestling teams/clubs. My favorite thing about coaching is helping the kids learn the game and watching them enjoy and learn the sport that they are playing. I am a deep reservoir of dad jokes and useless trivia knowledge. I have 2 kids Adalina and Sammy who are active in sports. I am an Army Veteran and I have worked at the VA for over 13 years.

Some things I like about coaching are seeing all the different personalities come together as one team, watching the kids learn and grow each day, and getting to pass on my knowledge and love for the game.
