Practice always starts the Monday of the week containing August 1st. In 2023 this will be July 31st. Practice for Football until school starts: Monday -Friday 6-7:30 pm for Peewee, 6-8 pm for Freshman, JV, and Varsity. Cheerleading: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 6-8 until practice moves to inside the 3rd week in September. The schedule then is Peewee/Freshman 6-7:30 pm, JV/Varsity 7:30 - 9 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays at the BNCC 420 Meyer Rd, West Seneca, NY 14224.

Football practices are at our field at 4620 Seneca Street, behind the Senior Citizens Center. Parking up the hill is for COACHES ONLY! Additional parking at East High School is available with easy access to the field. Home games are at our field. Directions to away games can be found on the Directions page of our website or through the button on the main page of our app.

Through your team group in the app. Click on groups, find the team your child is on and join that group. Your coach will see and be able to respond to any question you have and post in that group. You can also send them a message directly through the app.
